Wednesday, September 7th: Nick is back from COVID isolation, joining Randy and Dave to talk about the 30th anniversary of Batman the Animated series, a handful of trailers, and a whole lot of comics, including All-Out Avengers #1, Alien #1, Amazing Fantasy #1000, Thunderbolts #1, Batman Knightwatch #1, DC’s Saved by the Belle Reve #1, Dark Knights of Steel Tales from the Three Kingdoms #1, Harley Quinn Animated The Real Sidekicks of New Gotham #1, Batman: Dear Detective #1, Star Trek #400, Star Trek Picard Stargazer #1, Highball #1, Marvel Tales Thunderbolts, Eight Billion Genies #1-4 New Printings, Luda, Dreams of Wakanda, Wakanda Atlas, Everyday Hero Machine Boy, How to Read Comics the Marvel Way TP, She-Hulk by Soule & Pulido TP, and more! We close out with our thoughts on She-Hulk, House of the Dragon, Rings of Power, and Spirit Island! There was also a 20-minute discussion of John Carpenter movies, but sadly it was eaten by the computer, so hopefully we’ll revisit that next week.
